scp-ocu-openlte Overview¶
The openlte is a RAN Software Reference Design for a 4G TDD. This software consists of the RRC,PDCP,RLC,MAC and PHY framework.Functionality of these functions is defined by the relevant sections in [3GPP TS 36.211, 36.212, 36.213, 36.321,36.322,36.323,36.331].
